Description:
The Civic Recreation Complex is open from Monday to Friday 6:00 a.m. – 9:15 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays: 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. This fully accredited health club with state-of-the-art cardio and conditioning equipment, two recreational pools, and fitness programs for all levels.
Our friendly Staff can assist with information on cycling routes, directions, and can provide details on programming, activities and events in the area. Outside, there is a secure bike parking area with a bike repair station attached. Inside the facility there are washrooms, a water fountain and a family-friendly rest area.
