Fast forward to 2010, Cathy bought the historic Dr. Byron Field residence and launched Heritage House. The team now includes Pastry Chef Grace Thomson and Red Seal Chef Justin Drago, and a solid support crew for kitchen help and special events. Heritage House is a must-stop destination for any bike ride through Pickering Village. Choose from baked goods, preserves, and gourmet meals to go. Gluten free and vegetarian options are available.
