THE GOOSE, Kitchen & Bar is the latest offering to come to Kingsville from JACKS HOSPITALITY GROUP. The Goose is the culmination of our first two decades operating as The Vintage Goose & the following 16 as JACKS Gastropub. We believe we have brought the best of all these years to the new Goose experience. We are committed to bringing fine dining, in a casual atmosphere for both Lunch & Dinner. Each month our menus are reimagined to best reflect the offerings of our local farmers & the inspiration of the season. We also offer Social Dining with cocktails & shared appetizers to accommodate that sweet spot between Lunch & Dinner. as well as offering online TAKEOUT. Guests dining with Us are invited to enjoy our Menus a la carte or as a Three Course Prix Fixe Evening with Wine or Beer Course Pairings. We continue to LOVE everything about JACKS & we knew that we did not want JACKS to disappear so we partnered with our Brewery, Banded Goose Brewing Company & now they are the proud HOME of JACKS BURGERS, Tacos, Wings, Perch & other longtime favourites. Fresh and delicious food, full of options and choice! The WORKS is known for its many (sometimes zany) toppings, our 100% Ontario AAA beef, and the vast array of choices, whether it’s vegetarian, healthy, or.. not so healthy! Don’t feel like beef? We offer other patty choices for every “burger”: chicken breast, kobe-style wagyu, lean elk, or veggie burgers! We also offer meal salads, chicken sandwiches, and tons of fantastic sides, including fresh cut fries, steamed broccoli, or the best onion rings you’ll ever have. Feelin’ adventurous? May we interest you in the Sk8r Boy burger with peanut butter, jack cheese, and bacon? Or maybe something a bit lower key, such as The Hipster with freshly caramelized onions, avocado and havarti cheese. We even have something if you’re feeling like eating the most boring burger of all time: The Plain Jane! We keep as many toppings and incredients local as possible! There is something for EVERYONE at The WORKS. We are located directly across from Harmony Square, where bicycle parking is available and in plain view.
