We are a place of exchange; where ideas are shared and where people can engage with one another. We will use our space and the proceeds from food sales to facilitate educational community initiatives such as a homework club, a youth employment program and other skills training opportunities.

Enjoy a tasty, friendly break at Charlie D’s as you tour! Our chip truck features many of Bev’s special concoctions, along with our poutines with personality, and Ullrich’s Deli sausages. Our varied burgers will fill you up for the next leg of your ride. We’ve got healthy treats too, like our chicken caesar salad and yummy veggie burger. Relax at our yellow picnic tables where you can have your bikes right with you. Head inside the store to see Charlie D and he’ll scoop you some great old-fashioned ice cream from Tracey’s, in Renfrew. It’s delish and Charlie’s always happy to give tastes so you can decide on your flavour.

The Cotton Factory is the perfect place to securely lock your bike or borrow a Sobi bike. then check out our circa 1900 Cotton Factory that has been repurposed into an industrial strength, creative community of makers and artisans. Open Monday to Friday and some weekends. Lunch is available for purchase from 12 – 2 weekdays on the 3rd floor.

Originally, built around 1898, this unique 8-sided barn was built for stabling animals, but was left empty for years until Susanne Spence-Wilkins saw it and made plans of her own.
With a dream to make it “more than a garden centre, more than a store”, Susanne and her team, consisting of family and friends in the community, have created a very special “Garden Inspiration Centre”.
The café is very popular with locals and bike-by guests alike. Every day the kitchen prepares a sandwich made with fresh baked bread, oven-roasted meat and fillings; large or small chef’s salad; a soup made-from-scratch with local ingredients; and a butter tart or piece of pie. The cafe now has an expanded menu and offers free WiFi!
And don’t miss out on the ice cream! Made locally at Shaw’s Ice Cream in Port Stanley. Hand-scooped and delicious.
