We produce hand-crafted hard ciders from select varieties of heritage apples grown in our own orchard or supplied by local Georgian Bay apple growers. We are located on the Niagara Escarpment in the heart of the beautiful Beaver Valley – just 5 kms north of Kimberley on the scenic Beaver Valley Road. Our cidery and tasting room are housed in an historic post and beam century barn that has been respectfully converted to its new purpose.
