Owen Sound was the northern terminus of the Underground Railground and today is the final stop on the Adventure Cycling Association’s Underground Railroad tour from Mobile, Alabama to Owen Sound, Ontario. Visit us for information on trails, bike repair shops, leisurely scenic routes, and heart pumping off road routes. With over 50 kilometres of trails, Saugeen Shores is a cyclist’s dream!

The Visitor and Heritage Information Centre is in the train station at the corner of Erb Street West and Father David Bauer Drive, in uptown Waterloo. The phone number for the centre is 519-885-2297.
