Cape House is a beautiful Cape Cod style home situated directly on the wine route in Old Town Niagara-on-the-Lake located about 2 kilometers or 1 1/4 miles – an easy 20 minute walk – to the centre of town. There are three fine restaurants within a very short walk of Cape House. We provide free, dedicated on-site parking and bicycle lock-up. Free wireless high speed internet is available throughout our house and grounds. For relaxation guests may choose between the main floor living room, the informal upper lounge or the guest pergola situated in the landscaped garden. Whether you are here to taste the wines, eat at world class restaurants, bike the trails or shop the outlet mall….we welcome you to our home.

Welcome to the Carriage House On Kent, located in the historic and peaceful village of Queenston, Niagara On The Lake. Idyllically located midway between “Old Town” Niagara On The Lake and Niagara Falls, we are surrounded by the history and beauty that has made this region so popular. Our backyard looks up upon the historic Brock Monument and Bruce Trail. A short stroll will take you past the Mackenzie Printery, Laura Secord’s House and down to the mighty Niagara River. Vineyards and Peach orchards, wooded trails and walking paths surround our little village that will inspire and relax. Each morning, we serve a beautiful breakfast including:
Cowboy Bacon from Simcoe , locally sourced farm fresh eggs, local bread, and we have an assortment of jams made right here in Niagara on the Lake! Upon request, we can make Belgian Waffles, and accommodate your dietary needs. Coffee is ready to go around 6am every morning, but if you prefer a cup of something hot later in the day or evening, we have a Keurig at your disposal in the common room. For your convenience, The Carriage House on Kent offers high speed internet, cable TV (in both rooms), microwave (for late night popcorn and a movie), a fridge, BBQ, board games, and sunroom. We are steps away from the Niagara River, amazing trails, cross-country skiing, micro breweries, fine dining, local theatre, and so much more!

One of Niagara’s oldest premium wineries located in the charming village of Jordan. Tastings and tours (check website for times) and a spacious, comfortable tasting bar. We are celebrated by Wine Spectator and Decanter for our Rieslings, but most wine lovers know that we make a full range of white and red wines as well as terrific sparkling. Good news for bicyclists is our new wine club which means you don’t have to haul your wine choices away—they can be sent right to your home.

Helpful Hint: If you plan to stage here in Jordan, use the Fire Hall parking lot on 19th St and have access to their modern public toilets. Right across street is a bicycle repair stand on the east side of the Jordan House.
