To us, a cafe is a laboratory for community and coffee. While cafes have always been cultural hubs, most people came for conversation, not quality coffee. That has changed. The Brake Room is a hub for community, coffee, and cycle culture. We brew Pilot Coffee to get you going, and serve local craft beer and food for when you’re winding down after a great ride. Our cafe/bike shop hybrid is open year round. Since March 2020, we have moved to a take-out model for cafe service, offering outdoor seating surrounding the cafe.
