Growling Beaver

Part of Parkinson Canada’s Pedaling for Parkinson’s events series -The Growling Beaver event offers several different routes through the Beaver Valley and around Collingwood on October 3, 2026.

This one-day event offers rides of 40, 60, 100 and 160kms – with both road and gravel options available – making it a perfect event for friends and family of all ages and riding abilities.

Last year, we welcomed close to 400 riders, making it our biggest ride to date. Since the first ride in 2015, over $4 million has been raised to support the Parkinson’s community. The funds raised are used to support research, provide care, and create resources, news, and events that transform the lives of people touched by Parkinson’s.

Ride registration, start and finish will all take place at Side Launch Brewing Company (200 Mountain Road, Collingwood, ON).
