Mental Health in Motion

Mental Health in Motion, our largest annual fundraising event, is dedicated to supporting MOBYSS (Mobile York South Simcoe), Ontario’s first mobile and also virtual health clinic, exclusively for youth aged 12 to 25. Your participation in this event directly contributes to enhancing youth mental health services in our community.
Since 2015, CMHA YRSS has been on the front lines tackling the loss of young lives to mental illness, addiction, and suicide. MOBYSS hits the road, reaching York Region & South Simcoe, offering free support for mental health, physical health, and sexual health. It’s there, meeting youth at every step of their journey, ensuring crucial support is always within reach.
