Richmond Hill Terry Fox Ride of Hope

We are thrilled to announce the 1st Annual Richmond Hill Terry Fox Ride of Hope event on Saturday July 11th with fundraising supporting the Terry Fox Foundation. This 220km group ride will start at the Terry Fox Statue in Ransom Park, Richmond Hill and head north on rolling country roads. The ride is designed to be “Terry Tough” to honour Terry’s legendary determination and courage. Most importantly, the ride will raise critical funds to continue Terry’s dream to end cancer.
Sadly, we all have been personally affected by cancer. Inspired by Terry, we want to keep fighting and thanks to the movement Terry started, every year there are more survivor stories as the science and treatments continue to improve.
Join us on July 11 to make a difference. We’re looking for:
- 40-50 serious and safe riders willing to take on a big challenge (220km group ride at 30km/hr)
- Committed Fundraisers who want to make a difference
- Volunteers to support the effort
Route is currently being finalized and will be posted shortly.
