Tour of Kincardine

The race course is approximately 30 km long.
The race takes place trails on a sub-section of the Kincardine Trails system – an entirely intra-town trail
network with a variety of challenging terrain for a cyclist.
The terrain roughly breaks down to 8km of varied terrain, 10 km of hard surfaces, 12km of single track, and 4 km of paved
roads. The single track has some natural dismount features as well as handling skill challenges regardless
of the kind of bike you choose to ride. The route follows forested river trails, lakeside paths and
connecting roads through the town of Kincardine.
The race starts at the North pier and heads along the river into the trails before turning for a North loop
across the river. The course then comes back through the harbour for a second loop on the South side.
The last leg of the race returns across the bridge it went out on and finish uphill onto the side of Queen
Street at Durham Market Square South.
