The novice and family-friendly grind is an approximately 20 km scenic ride for new riders and those who love a good trail ride. The approximately 65 km grind is the ideal course for intermediate and advanced riders who live for the challenge. The approximately 105 km grind offers the ultimate challenge over rolling hills, some short punchy climbs, and winding roads around lakes, ponds, wetlands, and rock outcrops.
