Fantastic Service
Surprised to see a negative review. I have been shopping with Neworld for over 10 years and have always received fantastic service and professional advice. The team really knows their stuff and stand behind their product. They are also very active in supporting community events and progressive in their inventory.

DIRTY!!!!!
Unfortunately this system doesn not allow me to give this shop a zero rating. I was lied to in regards to the tires that would be mounted on my new bike purchase. When i picked it up I was told it was "race ready". I'm not sure what they mean't by this as there was not even any lubrication on the chain. On my first ride, the seat almost fell off and a crank arm actually fell off the bike while I was towing my child in a bike trailer. All of this, on top of the fact that I was not properly fitted for the bike, which was $2000, and I was sold the wrong style of bike based on the injuries I mentioned to them. They did not even respond to my concerns until I mentioned the Better Business Bureau. I should have listened closer to the poor reviews I read about this shop online. Do yourself a favour, and if you choose to dealwith them, know what you are possibly getting into!
