Back bigger and better than ever, it’s hard to believe this is the 10th annual edition of the Cycling in Ontario/Le vélo en Ontario guide.
What started in 2013 as an eight page French only spread, has steadily grown over the
years in size, quantity and reach. Available in both official languages, with 40,000 copies printed and close to 20,000 digital reads annually, it would not be possible without the contributions of many.
From volunteers, to dedicated professionals, plus our tourism advertising partners that support and make this free publication possible, we thank you. To you our dedicated readers, who are keen to learn more and get out to explore Ontario by bike, we wouldn’t have reached this milestone without you.
From beginners to experienced cyclists, we know from our annual readers’ survey:
- 82% find the guide useful when planning a trip
- 62% visited featured destinations.
Looking ahead, we encourage you to visit the destinations within, try an event and stop at the certified bicycle friendly businesses, of which there are now over 1,550 across 42 regions in Ontario, listed on our website.
While our travel has been limited to destinations closer to home, there are certainly endless ride options and so much more to discover right here in Ontario.
